The VSP is the digital twin of your Volkmann appliance or system. Here you will find comprehensive information and documents for maintenance and operation. The VSP makes it much easier to procure spare parts. You also have access to this data in production via smartphone, tablet or laptop.
The Volkmann Service Portal (VSP) is a comprehensive source of information and documents on Volkmann machines and equipment. This includes operating manuals, training documents, maintenance instructions, data sheets and drawings. The drawings are in high resolution (vector format) and can be enlarged down to the smallest detail. With this information available at all times, the VSP provides optimum support for production, maintenance and spare parts procurement.
Information on assemblies and individual parts can be quickly searched and retrieved in the VSP. For example, you can navigate using drawings and the bill and part structure, moving step-by-step from an overall view to assemblies to details. You can also search by part number, part name or component classification.
The VSP is accessed via a web browser and can therefore be used on any standard PC, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. There is no software or application to install. We set up your VSP for you on our server and store the data from the Volkmann equipment installed on your site. The VSP user interface is currently available in English and German.
